Cleavio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Cleavio iOS app, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you process a video, we send your audio to our servers for AI noise removal.
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage data such as which screens you visit and which features you use. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the app experience.
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect crash reports when the app encounters an unexpected error. These reports include device type, iOS version, and a stack trace, but do not include any personal content from your videos.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase (pack type and minute count) to credit your in-app balance, which is stored locally on your device in the iOS Keychain.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising purposes.
The app integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Audio sent for processing is not retained on our servers beyond the duration of a single processing request. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to their standard retention policies (up to 14 months for Analytics). Your minute balance and processed videos are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Cleavio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
