Minutes are always rounded up to the nearest whole minute. A 25-second video counts as 1 minute, a 1 minute 10 second video counts as 2 minutes, and so on. The minimum charge per video is always 1 minute.
Processing happens in the cloud, which can take a moment depending on server load. Longer videos naturally take more time. If it seems stuck, check your internet connection and try again.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, then try selecting the video again and tapping Process. If the issue persists, contact us with the details and we'll investigate.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If your minutes didn't appear after a successful purchase, please contact us and we'll credit your balance manually.
No. Your video never leaves your device — only the audio track is extracted and sent to our servers for processing. Once enhancement is complete, the audio is returned and merged back into your video. We do not store, retain, or access your audio or video content beyond the duration of a single processing request.
Processed videos appear in the Library tab inside the app. From there you can preview, share, or export them to your Photos library or other apps.
