Welcome to Cleavio. By downloading, installing, or using the Cleavio iOS app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cleavio is an AI-powered mobile application that enhances the audio quality of your videos by removing background noise and improving voice clarity. The App extracts audio from videos you select, processes it through our cloud-based AI service, and merges the enhanced audio back into your original video.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
New users receive 3 free processing minutes upon first launch. Each video processed consumes minutes equal to the video's duration, rounded up to the nearest minute.
Additional minutes can be purchased within the App. All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchased minutes do not expire.
All minute purchases are final. Because minutes are consumed immediately upon processing, we cannot offer refunds for used minutes. For issues with Apple billing, contact Apple Support.

You retain all rights to the videos and audio you process through Cleavio. By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your audio solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not store, retain, or use your content beyond what is necessary to complete a single processing request.
You are solely responsible for the content you process and must ensure you have the right to use and modify it.
The App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all associated materials, is owned by Cleavio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
We strive to keep the App and our processing servers available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI ENHANCEMENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAVIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleavio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Any unused minutes are forfeited upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
